I got a response back and they said they cant issue LTF. They can only issue with joining and annual fees of 1999 + GST

Was yours Pinnacle/Legend? how much old card?
Pinnacle 4 yrs old card
Still haven’t received anything
The main culprit I can find here is that too many mails did this I guess or second probability can be because you are holding Pinnacle.
I have done this two times with legend and both times got approved
Maybe because your request has been granted
The two people @xxScriptzxx and @pprakash11 are the ones holding Pinnacle.
They did not attach the image as well because it was for legend and might have created an issue.
The main reason I can identify is the cards being Pinnacle.

Maybe financial year end? Internal policies changed from April 1 or something? Might be possible.

There is no option but to wait and see if Legend holders are getting this approved.
If yes, then you'll have to downgrade and reapply.
No use of escalation or re mailing because it won't work

I just saw the verification pic, and he has legend card only.
Seems the culprit is mass mailing on same day
If you both wanna give a last shot, then try mailing to premium.care@indusind.com
Email id is different but they handle legend queries also. Maybe your luck can work.

Don't mail for reconsideration, just copy paste the first email, attach the offer pic, and send it.
Don't forget to change the subject a little.
I'll give it a second try after 1 week.
