How about people like me who doesn't speak Hindi. Anyways many people like who don't speak but understand Hindi lightly enough to manage. But in kyc I have just nod my head up and down .if asked to tell the numbers in Hindi (final wicket) even thinking such condition makes me laugh. Not knowing a language is very hard
