USSA 2 (SALARY AC) Earlier it was normal a/c I converted it!

For union bank account need to upgrade to SBHNI and maintain 1L to get RSDC. Got mail response today from branch.

 

I was trying to redeem Amazon Prime on my SBI RuPay Select DC. The following message confused me:

" Please note that the Amazon Prime subscription/coupon codes can only be applied
successfully by customers to an account which does not have a running
subscription of Prime or Prime Shopping edition or any other such subscription. If
you have an existing subscription, please apply the code to a new Prime account or
wait for the current subscription to expire before applying the prime code. If you
apply the code to an account which already has a running subscription, the coupon
code will not work and cannot be reused."

I do have a running Amazon Prime subscription. Does that mean that I cannot redeem the RSDC offer until that expires?! Or would I still be able to redeem the coupon for a Prime Voucher (to be redeemed later, after my current subscription runs out)? Thanks for any help.
