I second this. I kept searching for the ticket pdf but couldn't findOne problem I do have with the Travel Portal is a lack of a PDF of your reservation. That is quite useful for Visa purposes.

Tried uninstall and reinstall but no use. Called customer care and they said the issue is not completely resolved for few users and asked me to wait few more days.Did you update the app or uninstalled and reinstalled ( ideally both should be same but who knows ) ? You can first deactivate the device(phone) on the app and log off and then uninstall and reinstall the app ,After installing again, there would be an OTP sent for reauthentication during the sign in process.
We dont specifically need to send an SMS.

So it seems the app on the App store needs to be updated like it was on play store. if you find an updated version of the app on App store you can update and check- it should mostly work then.Looks like not resolved for iPhones. I am still unable to access the rewards portal.

In general yes but in instances, not by a huge amount. Two rooms I'd booked in Kyoto for 48k on MMT around a month ago were 51.5k on HSBC. Given the rewards I will get on HSBC, its absolutely worth that difference.Prices are high right ?
