It's same as VISA card but Many Apps like Cred is using a different MCC for Mastercard debit cards. Almost every merchant don't like MC debit cards due to it's high MDR.

CRED works for Signature Visa right? I have a 75k bill so im hoping it works out .

Also, the 1L spend is counted even if i havent done 2x pos transaction right? So if i do 1L today and do 2 x pos transactions two weeks later (within the offer timeframe) my spend value would be counted as 1L correct?

Will be counted. Make sure 2 POS and 2 ECom, min 1K each.
