Since I already had AEMX PRIVILEGE LTF, I opted to close the visa privilege LTF to a paid cashback card (I don't have any cashback card before).

Axis is pushing Privilege card HARD! They are calling, messaging and emailing me everyday. They way they are begging me to take it sounds desperate. They are saying it is LTF so what's the harm in taking it. I think they want to fill the free slot I have.

I try telling them it is an absolutely useless card with no benefits even with LTF. The only benefit is the 50 days credit free period. I asked them to give Magnus LTF or even Olympus (paid) but they won't.

Privilege card best card sir. Please please please sir.

Need is only for offers. I have a Paid Shoppers stop Citi that was migrated to Axis. Closing that so thought might take a core card LTF.
But found yesterday even FK co brand works for sales.

If u want to enter into the Edge RPs game then Privilege LTF can be a good starting point. In future if u upgrade to a premium RP card from Axis then these existing RPs will be transferred to that card.

Axis bank isnt as bad as it looks. They still have one of the smoothest CC application processes of all banks. We just have to be careful about the card usage. I just got Axis select card last week (mainly for the monthly Rs.500 discount on Bigbasket). Now both Axis Amex privilege+ Axis select are fetching Reward points. Planning to get my first Free flight soon using only those RPs.

Yes. Even I have been their bank customer for a decade . No unnecessary ulip or investment pitches, I do like it's interface. I have axis ace cc and no issues till now. Gonna close it due to devaluation.

But my caution is for milestone cards. It keeps blocking rewards portal for silly reasons. Long back, for atlas card, it asked invoice for 40rs noodle bowl , which the card holder didn't have and they blocked the portal.

Now, for buying GVs from a site which had hotel MCC, again they are blocking reward portal. With reward cards there is always a pressure of hitting milestones. if someone buys GV to hit it, even though his intentions are clear, they may block it .

Planning to get my first Free flight soon using only those RPs.

In case if there is a change in plan(e) you know where to buy 🎟️

No, CS can only offer LTF, if ltf offer is running on that varient.
