Card just started reflecting in PhonePe but not yet available to Manage. But when tried linking to UPI, got last 4 digits of the card in UPI Linking SMS.
Used those last 4 digits to link the card under MyCards as well now 😉

Anyone who got the card approved in last 1 week and manage to use it now, can you confirm how soon card starts reflecting in PhonePe app or HDFC MyCards portal? Also is digital access available to get card details & use the card online until physical card gets delivered?

It starts showing in the phonepe app next day & in hdfc app within two days. There's no digital access.

I am happy that I got the approval, because I haven't applied for any CC in the last 14/15 months...like proper from the scratch application...(ie. Not the pre approved cards)..

So tested my over over leverage situation successfully...

need to tidy up my portfolio...
recently closed two amex cards PT and Gold.. still more cleanup is there...

my enquiries history...

I am seeing now a days credit card welcome letters are not mentioning the fees details in welcome letters.

I think they are trying to do so to avoid future legal issues if pricing is changed or differential pricing for different customers etc.

TAT: 9 days in my case..
But in general it would take around 6 to 7 days...

Application date	09/10/2025 - 8.00 pm
CIBIL/CRIF enquiries	13/10/2025 - 11.00 am
Approval message	14/10/2025 - 9.00 pm

Most of the people have mentioned CIBIL hit even if they hold existing HDFC card. While a lucky few have escaped.
Would suggest to hold applying till you are okay with CIBIL hit

last month 2 times CIBIL hit bcz of sbi. that's why don't wanna take risk.
having less salary, don't know they will approve or not

I’m in same boat. Last month 2 hits for a loan, and 1 this month for SBI (which they declined with over leverage)
I’m also avoiding any more hits till November
