This is my eighth thread on Fraud & Scam Series,
Your love & interest gives me motivation to share more threads so i come up with part-2….
But after so many hitch & hindrances and many members are playing politics & opposed me to not doing my social work but as promised here i am able to share the first thread “Indian Bank Debit Card Scam” from my Part-2 Series…
I have a Indian bank account so after knowing rsdc benefits i applied a rsdc card from IndSmart application of Indian bank, and i get the primary card successfully & delivered on my address within 10 days but one day i see a option of add on card in the app so i immediately applied add on card and refrence number generated & showing processed successfully,I take that screenshot also…here I attached it…
But next day i check the app but my card was not generated because it’s is not showing in the app, I thought it’s generated in 2-4 days, so i waited till 7 days but nothing happened.Then i realised that i have to do mail to home branch to get my add on rsdc generated., then i write mail to home branch,

Then i waited 14 more days for the reply from branch but neither i got reply nor card generated..
So I realised that now i have to do complaint in higher authorities to get my rsdc card…
So i write a mail to “cmdsec” regarding card not generated & no response from branch…

Then after two days I get sms on my number that a complaint is registered & a ticket is generated & showing your ticket is redressed soon…here I attached screenshot of sms also…
Then next day i got a call from home branch said “sir aap ne complaint kiya hai branch ka ki apko ATM card ni mila”
Then i said “sir i applied add on card rsdc from app but card not generated so i mailed branch but I didn’t get any response from branch”
Then he said “sir usme complaint kya karna, aap kabhi branch aaye ho atm apply karne, branch aaiye ATM form bhariye, apko atm mil jayega , or aap seedha cmdsec ko mail kar diye, kuch bhi kar rahe ho, pata hai kya kiya hai aapne, kuch bhi karte rehte ho, abhi toh ek ghante mai branch closed ho jayega, ab kal aana ATM form bharna aap ko ATM mil jayega hath ke hath”
Then i replied “ sir mene add on card rsdc, app se apply kiya tha lekin abhi tak generate ni hua, 1 month ho gaya hai, mai branch nahi aaunga card ke liye, jab app se ho raha hai toh”
Then he said “app se card generate ni hota”, Then i replied “ sir mene primary card app se apply kiya tha, generate ho gaya tha”
Then he said “ kabhi kabhi issue rehta hai, isliye card generate nahi hota hai app se, kal aa jao branch hath ke hath de denge” & cut the call..
Then i called him immediately but he was not picking my call on that day.
Then next day again i called him, then he picked my call, i said “ sir card generate karwa dijiye, mai branch nahi aaunga, apne official mail se mene mail kiya tha branch ko”
Then he said “thik hai mai apka mail dekhta hun, apke mail par mai ATM card application bhej dunga, aap usko bhar ke bhej dena branch wale mail par”, i said okay…& i do the same…
I attached branch return mail also..
So i filled the form & sent it on branch mail id & also mention rupay select debit card & highlight it with dark…
Then next day I received call from the same guy said “ ye apko konsa card chahiye rupay select ncmc, ya domestic wala”
Then i said “sir jab card app se apply karte hai tab rupay select domestic show hota hai”, Then he replied “ ok apka card aaj applied ho jayega, 10 din mai apke address par deliver ho jayega” & cut the call.
Then next day i opened the app & check whether card was generated or not… then I shocked that 354rs was debited from my account instead of 1180. I immediately call that guy & tell him that “ sir apne ye konsa card apply kar diya, ye toh aapne rupay platinum card apply kar diya, mene apse rupay select card apply karne ko bola tha”
Then he said “are sahi toh hai, iss card ka fees kam hai isliye isko apply kiya, hum sabko yahi dete” Then i replied “ sir ye card ni chahiye tha meko , mujhko 1 hajar wala card chahiye tha, ye card mere koi kaam ka nahi, mene isliye atm form mai bhi highlight kiya tha”
Then he said “itna mehnga card kyu lena, kebal pesa hi toh nikalna hai atm se, iss card ka bhi daily limit achha hai, fir kyu 1180 dena”
Then i replied “ sir mujhe mehnga hi card lena hai 1180 wala, aap iss card ko closed karke wo wala card apply karo & ye 354 refund karo mere, mai double pesa nahi dunga”
Then he said “hamare end se esa koi option nahi aata ye card apply karne ka” Then i said “fir apne apply kyu kiya dusra card, thik hai aap mera Pesa refund karo, card mai cmdsec se apply karwa lunga”
Then he replied “ pehle card delivered hone do, phir card closed hoga , then pesa refund hoga , branch ki mail id par mail kar dena” Then i said ok.
Card was delivered in 12 days, then I blocked the card from app that day & immediately mailed branch for fee reversal & called him but he not picked my call., Then next day i called again, fortunately he picked my call & some serious nok-jhok & next day i get my 354 issuance fee reversed. Here I attached screenshot also…
I also get my add on card rupay select debit card after mailing Indian bank atm card cell…
NOTE:- No Violence happened & no one harmed in reversal of my debit card issuance fee..
