Same happened with me. Tried paying HDFC bill on VI, my 72K got stuck.

Here I want them to fail but they don't. One more thing RBL takes longer time to refund. 7-8 days maybe.

Can I also use Navi to pay using dc and is kyc needed for that as well?
Also are there limits on VI for cc bill pay? My HDFC cc bill payment got refunded 5 minutes after being deducted from account.

What about using Navi or good score using dc for payment? Do they work?

I tried transferring it to payzapp, but hdfc failed it. Beneficiary option visible on Ebix account , but transfer to account option is hidden somewhere I guess.
