I have 811 a/c. Just closed my DC as i didn't use it for the past few years.

My app shows that i can upgrade to SUPER 811

My only SPEND with this DC would be FUEL only. Because i have HSBC LIVE+, Axis Airtel & Ace, Phonepe Ultimo, Yes KIWI etc for other spends.

Will i be charged extra for FUEL? I don't need FUEL Surcharge

Can i use it on any PETROL station and get the CASHBACK?

yes you can use it ( i think main use of this card is on fuel ) .
no surcharge

Yes, you can.

Logic: Fuel mcc is excluded, which simply means you will get 5% cashback on fuel purchases as long as the petrol pump doesn’t use one of the excluded MCCs mentioned in the T&C.

Did anyone get their account debited with 811 Super renewal fee?
I lost my 811 super debit card and blocked it in first week of October.
Program fee is due on 15 Oct, but I haven't been charged the revised fee of 399 and the membership is still active.
Can I order the 811 card from app and get the super card. Is there a chance they might send the regular 811 dc.

Mine renewal date is 3rd november and i called them to cancel super program and they said that they will send email to everyone 20 days before the end of this year that is around 9th or 10 december for consent of super plan renewal for next year and fees wont be charges before that...so i guess they count 1st jan to 31st dec as super subscription start and end date respectively irrespective of which date you enrolled in the program

And they keep on changing terms and conditions every month which is a constant headache to follow
