The money they wanted, they already got it
Even if they demanded 1.7L crore of valuation, that would also be granted.

Bhai uske pass approx 10% stake hai, even OFS ke baad uske pass 8.78% stake rahega.

Any price change in stock usko obviously farq padega. IPO se matlab nhi usko but uske khud ke share par farq padega.

Selling at valuation of 10% compared to 2021. And it sounds so complicated. Instead they could have just got ipo out at 50% premium. Some tax refund or bank interest could have shown a small profit.
