SBI Wealth Upgradation Under the IIT Offer 101

It has been 2.5 weeks since my account started showing sbi wealth in yono but the when I click go to wealth hub it throws an error and asks to contact rm. I have already contacted the person who converted my account but he is clueless about wealth module activation he is like he has never needed to do this for other clients what should I do ? Whom should I contact or escalate to for this ?

I'm from IIT Guwahati and asked the SBI branch in IIT Guwahati and the nearest wealth branch, they denied. E-mailed they forwarded the email to the nearest wealth branch and denied. Don't know what to do. They says IIT Guwahati is not eligible, any suggestions?

SBI Wealth doesn't offer anything great except SBI Aurum Card FYF and for wealth clients the spending criteria for waiver of AMC is also higher.

A small update from me, who was able to upgrade from a visa to a Rupay Select card.

I didn't know the procedure that is being followed in the thread( I just came to know about this thread), so instead, I emailed wealth@sbi.co.in telling them that I need the upgradation. After 3 days, I received a mail from my RM asking me to fill a form, which had a undertaking that I am okay with blocking my existing card. Once I sent her the form, after 2 days she blocked my visa signature card, and after a week I received the Rupay card.

if the branch denies ig nothing you can do… but iit guwahati should be present considering its in top 7/8 iits

dono hi fuddu hai, except up to ₹1,000 for 4 tickets per month on BMS on Aurum offer and aurum airport spa. Paying 10k for that CC is of no use better opt for Infinia by paying 12.5k.
