It got rejected after filling initial details, no ITR was asked

I plan to do the same, just one query...do we need to close other BoB cards also, along with Eterna, to apply again??

Like I have Eterna & Snapdeal...so do I need to close both cards before applying for Eterna LTF...or just just closing Eterna will do??

They check you ITR income automatically from backend using your PAN number. Was your latest ITR over 12L?

In my case, different answer from CC.

*We would like to inform you that your card account was closed recently. Kindly apply again after the billing cycle (30days).*

After the closure of the card, wait for the bill generation. Post the final bill, request for PAN deletion through mail. After receiving confirmation on PAN deletion, wait for for few days and apply.

For me.. it's already more than month.. still getting same error that you are not eligible.. even they confirmed my PAN is removed..

Yes applied offline via agent after pan removal.
