HDFC Pre-approved cc portal not working for me

It's been more then week now, I am getting this error every time I login to hdfc pre approved cc portal with mobile no. and dob.

I have tried clearing browser data/cache
Tried logging in with other devices
Net banking was logged out every time.

Even i faced the issue, and to my surprise they even did 5 hard cibil enquiries due to that. I just had to wait for 3 months before applying again
 
any solution?
Visited the branch but didn't help. When my application was finally completed and physical kyc was done, hdfc said i haven't provided them address proof (which was not correct) and rejected the application. Had to visit my nesrest bm and explain this issue to him, but he was asking me to apply again, this time with his referral 🤦‍♂️. Contacted hdfc customer care again and they asked me to send a written letter along with attested pan and addhar card if i wanted the card (this is after getting 5 hard cibil enquiries for 1 application). For solution, I'll say wait for some time as they literally cheap out on servers, so apply during weekdays, when traffic would probably be less.
 
For all those people who were reporting issues, please check today. I got a call from HDFC for a second card offer. I told her the portal to check for available cards wasn't working. She asked me to check after 6:00 PM today. It is working for me. I didn't apply for any cards.
