okay, i was thinking either to get UBI DC if they allow for 2k or minimal balance else PNB rupay select CC. so wanted to know that will i get prime in both.

Yes. That what I was saying. RUPAY SELECT DEBIT CARDS have all the benefits.

but it's just that banks don't issue RUPAY SELECT DC easily. Canara folks issue easily but have charges ₹1000+GST.

According to many, PNB select CC don't have prime benefits (I don't have PNB CC)

How'd you know PNB has discontinued wellness benefits for Select card?

Their webpage does not mention it anymore. You can check for yourself and compare three PNB Rupay Cards i.e. Platinum, Select and Millennial. Wellness benefits are only listed against Millennial.
