Not getting cb on sbi cashback credit card

Stop using it.
You can't do nothing as MCC tagged with each txn is already excluded by SBI.

You can E-Mail SBI Card to confirm MCC of each txn and you will find MCC tagged with each txn is excluded as per Tncs of Cashback SBI Card

If That 1000 txn on Amazon is for Apay wallet load via uber, then it is not eligible for Cashback

Same happened with me, my cashback of 3000 is pending

whenever paytm comes, that stupid thing wipes out all our cashback. always check merchant before entering OTP, if merchant is paytm than u will not get cashback. happened with me multiple times.

I Have received cash back for paytm flipkart but I didn't get cash back for Flipkart Internet Priv BANGALORE IN.

@VISHESH_BANSAL they denied to give cashback on offline transaction which wasn't related to mcc excluded by sbi. When i saw spends based cashbac chart shared by them, it was clearly missing 2 transaction and i reported the same to principal nodal officer but they declined to give cashback. What should I do?

For only online txns , 5% CashBack is Applicable.

SBI Spend Chart does not show Actual Category Sometimes for few txns

I am taking about 1% cashback as the combined amount was more than 55K.

I had received the cashback for the same mechant some days before from this transaction. Also , the merchant is related to automobile and the shocking part is transactions(not category) won't shown in the transaction based cashback pdf ( whick i asked from them) .

No Idea.

But first confirm MCC.

The PDF SBI shared must contain all txns against which Cashback is credited.

Since your txn is not eligible, that Particular txn is missing in that PDF
