Personal experience - Offer is running from January month, every month i got Total Rs600 using 5 mobikwik mini kyc accounts & 1 full kyc mobikwik account, Infact one of my friend use 20 mobikwik accounts and he earn every month Rs2000 (100x20 mobikwik mjini kyc accounts).
