Yes it stopped sometime in 2020. Rest all Rupay Platinum and Select Cards have lounge access as it is provided by RuPay and not by the bank.

maintain 2L+ average balance for 6+ months, if you are already under a segment.
This will upgrade your account segment to Platinum, then apply or this debit card from Branch.
