If payment done via debit card on Payzapp ?? Not through payzapp wallet

you will get the cashback only if you do payment with the debit card in HDFC bank billpay platform accessed through either netbanking or mobile app. It is not available when you do the payment through payzapp app

While paying the bill through hdfc bill pay, it asks which mode will be used to make payment, net-banking or debit card. So you can select from there.

1% cashpoints. 1 cashpoint = 1 Rupees.
You need to collect cashpoints and redeem in multiples of 250 cashpoints which equals 250 Rs.
Redeem cashpoints in hdfc netbanking debit card menu.

Okay thanks. Generally credit card payment reward points get credited within 2-3 days. But irctc hasn't been credited even after 5 days so was curious.
