Axis Atlas Transactions failing on axis atlas

Hi All,

I have been seeing that transactions on Axis atlas card are not going through from today morning. One transaction on Indigo for a small amount went through but none of transactions from POS or online are going through.

Called up customer care and they are saying some technical issues. Is anyone else facing such issues today.

My Atlas card does not work with Chip or Swipe on POS terminals. Tap to pay works. Card also works fine online.

Facing the same issue with the add-on also which my wife has. So it is unlikely to be a damage to the card(s).

POS enabled in card controls.

Anyone faced this issue? And any advice on how to rectify?

Happens randomly with me as well. Have experiences some glitches with the card atleast 2-3 times this month
 
My atlas was working fine till yesertday on swipe machines.
Today I had a bill of 8K in a supermarket and swiped as normal on pinelabs machine, it wasn't detecting the card and kept on asking to reinsert the card.
Wiped and tried again, still no luck.
FInally had to swipe my YES Marquee CC and it went thru in the first try itself.
SO there indeed is an issue with Atlas swipe.
Did anyone report this to cust care and got any resolution?
 
Faced same issue today, worked on online payment but failed on PoS
I too faced the same issue today…is this issue random or do we need to replace the card??? Day by day the issues faced in axis credit cards are making the experience very bad…never faced these issues in my axis privilege card before 😫
 
issue is with all Axis and CITI (Axis) cards at Star Bazaar/Zudio... my Magnus and atlas both failed, and then the person at the counter asked if I had any other bank's card, so when I used my DCB it worked without any issues. He confirmed this issue with Axis, probably some issue from POS machine providing bank
 
My Magnus failed for a BookMyShow transaction yesterday. I tried multiple times with my Primary and Add-on cards but it still failed. No message of decline or anything and neither did any money got debited.

This costed me ₹420. 😒

Thought i was the only one.
Also noticed it happens 9/10 times with Pinelabs pos. So try to ask the merchant for Paytm pos and the swipe/tap will go through without any issues.
