I am leaving India forever in December of this year. I have a house in Singapore and will be a citizen by then. I am seriously considering maxing out the credit limits of all of my cards by transferring them into my account and then into my Singapore account slowly by the end of this year before I leave. I will not do this to my American Express card as I already have another American Express card in Singapore and do not want to risk being charged on the Singaporean card and ruin my CIBIL there.

I am not in any need of money as I am already a millionaire in SGD but I feel like this is just free money that I am leaving on the table. None of my family lives here either so why should I care since I will never be coming back here? I will be doing this via 13 credit cards all issued to me by Indian Banks.

If I pull this off I will be able to make 1.6 crore from all of my cards after deducting the rent payment charges. Do you guys have any opinions and suggestions on how I can pull this off?

How viable is this?

I wish I could but as per IPC Section 107 (Abetment of a thing: Defines what constitutes abetment of a crime, including instigating, engaging in a conspiracy, and intentionally aiding.) I won't help you out.
I am already a millionaire in SGD

Also can you tell the jobe scene post MBA from NUS/NTU there?
business MBA from NTU would be exceptional, but if you actually want to start up a business in Singapore, I hope your parents have deep pockets or you are willing to live like a peasant while you establish your business as you'll need funds and quite a bit of luck.
