Try for Axis Atlas or Yes Marquee... These cards are quite good and enough to get good previlages

Best card for online transactions- SBI cash back , yes reserve +3x Subscription.

Best card for offline - IndusInd tiger , legacy ( weekend) benefit both card are cash redemption of 1 rewardpoint to 1 rupees.
Then axes atlas is last .

I am giving him little low cost options of cards which give good enough benefits

Personally speaking, I am somehow not a fan of ICICI Emerald Private. It is better than other ICICI cards, but it is not a better card compared to its peers such as Infinia or DCB metal. But it can be a great card for a few folks depending on usage and preferences
