No. Sometime back it's stopped. All this depends on under what mcc the bill payment transaction gets completed. If that mcc is not allowed to earn reward points by your hdfc dc card then you will not get reward points.

Classic method is do a minimal transaction of say 100 rupees. let it settle (takes 2-3 days). Then Call customer care and ask them that you did 100 rs transaction and you want to know MCC of that transaction.

It seems like after the BBPS integration, UPI payment apps are able to fetch the bill automatically and correctly as well. No need to give SMS or email permission anymore to third party apps and that too for hit or miss bill fetching.

Yes but paying CC bill with mobikwik wallet you have to pay extra charges
