Does being an Axis bank account holder give me a better chance at getting a card from Axis?

1.Does type of account matters. Like zero balance account
2.Balance in account matters?
3.How much difference does it makes

I got rejected twice. Then tried after creating a savings account. Mainained 1 lakh balance (but only 5k mab required). Applied and got approved for the credit card.
So no one can say for sure. But if u get rejected without any reason once or twice, try opening account.

Is there any zero balance account in Axis?

Technically no zero balance account.... But there are two options...

Either open easy access account in rural branch... You just need to maintain 2500 mab....

Or open library account in any branch.... Do 25000 transaction per month... You dont have to maintain any money in account.... Spends should be merchant spends... Even add money in paytm and transfer back to bank account works.....

AND YES IT helps to have savings account... I applied for flipkart card as non customer... Card was rejected..... Then opened easy access account... In april 2022...in sept 2022 applied for myzone ltf as existing customer.. Card was approved in 2 minutes....

Bro can you share rural branch list of Axis or any link. I will check nearby rural branch and open a account with them.
