Digital Rupee Add Money Failed

Today I loaded 3900 to sbi digital erupee app using other upi option in app. Money deducted from upi account but add money failed due to limit exceed. so how many days required to issue refund???
Any other have face similar issue in any bank e rupee app??

Just mailed them(10-12 times) with proof of transactions, and took it up to RBI Ombudsman.

SBI CBDC finally replied confirming transactions failed but they can't refund unless the source bank raise a request. They can't even send the money in the digital wallet. I have raised disputes in HDFC CC now.

update - hdfc refunded the amount and raised chargeback. still requesting me to provide email/document from sbi when i have sent them twice already. i don't care anymore as i have the money.

Guys, can anyone confirm if we can still Load Digital Rupee wallets using Credit Cards on UPI.
i tried Indusid, IDFC and they both used to work until a week back but now they do not.

How did you get confirmation that you have received the refund? Is it shown in the statement? I think I have received the refund but don't see any details in the statement.

They are asking me to provide a document which I have also sent as well.

they confirmed via email that they have initiated refund and will be visible in the app in 4 working days and it was visible on the 5th day under unbilled transactions

Just discovered that they have marked my dispute as closed, stating that no documents were submitted.

You all would need to file a charge back on your credit card account. Fill a transaction dispute form along with relevant proofs and submit it through email.
Bank will reverse the charges after 10-15 days.

Which bank will reverse the money either source bank or receiver bank
