One can pay partially by shopping vouchers and partially by credit/debit/UPI
But if you have Amazon pay voucher you have to pay full amount with it no partial payment

But whole amount should be paid by gift card not partial

Then I'll just have to buy Vouchers from a different website as gyftr (Amex) only has ₹250 now. Any other website you can recommend or should I just but then from Amazon directly?

I have paid a premium of ~50k throught gift card balance only back in May 2024. Unless there r some new restrictions, it should go through.
