Old Delhi station also don't ask for pnr, but ndls platform 1 does
Plat 1 is mosy bitchy

I have had an access to lounges on New Delhi Railway Station PF 1 & 16 and OLD Delhi Rly stn
Cards used - IDFC Wealth CC, AU Vetta CC
Experience -
New Delhi PF1 - best among the three, in terms of both service and food quality. Buffet system. Breakfast is the best meal. 2hr stay allowed.
New Delhi PF 16 - Buffet system, Breakfast is better than other two meals. 2hr stay allowed.
Old Delhi - No Buffet system. I was given a choice to either opt for DOSA or a Veg thali, thus only limited food available. it was part of a restaurant only, without any separate waiting area.

Specially paneer , you can ask for non veg to be served at table ( topical train chicken taste )

Plat 16 is best specially their couch at upstairs.
Slept 8 hrs once 💀 it was good comfortable sleep
I don't like plat no 1 because it's close to gate of embassy road side and their sitting is shithole

But the couch upstairs at PF 16 are chargeable right?
No bruh
There are 3 section
Left to stairs is glass packed inside is massage chair ( chargeable)
Middle & whole open area with couch & all is normal sitting then extreme right is sleeping bed inside glass room that's chargeable
I never sat downstairs

I have an AU Ixigo credit card, which offers two complimentary railway lounge accesses per quarter. My mother and I are traveling to Delhi by train. Is there any trick to access the lounge for both of us at the same time?
New delhi railway station or old Delhi ?
At platform 16 or even 1
You can ask to swipe 2 acesss at once
Works seemless on idfc .
Icici i have coral & it has just 1 lounge access so no experience but it would work .

I had best food in old delhi lounge (i gues sit was at plateform 4)
I asked for thali (lunch) and raj kachori (way better than haldiram's)
I gues its new. Because even chai was awesome
On NDLS , Pf16 lounge will ask for ticket (boarding/debording doesn't matter but need PNR), and they have great seating arrangement
Two month ago, i even access at pf1 using rupay platinum DEBIT card.
Rupay SELECT wasn't working but PLATINUM did worked for me

At pf 1 you can use two different card, or can use one IDFC card with +1 guest access .
They won't even ask whose card is it. So you can bring friends card as well
PF16 lounge will ask for PNR, name, name on card as it was my experience

Pf 1 par mai gya tha uspe starting mai jo counter par tha usne pnr name wagera pucha Maine random pnr de diya then entry ho gyi phir maine pucha mere sath 2 log aur hai entry ho jaygi bolta aram se ho jaygi mere pass 3/4 card the to bola aram se kar dunga IDFC SE 2 KAR DUNGA 1CORAL SE KAR DUNGA sochta hu idfc ki policy change ho jaygi 20feb se 7 lounge hai use kar aau aise he ghumte ghumte

nice, PF1 wala kaafi chill banda hai, PF16 is bit hectic
or you can giveaway QR code if someone is out of quota in this quarter.🤓
