If I have super savings account and I get the debit card then I change my account variant to advantage will I be charged ?

Many TF Members have done this, and it is observed that if you change it to advantage before 6 months then you will be charged and if you change it after 6 months then you might not be charged.
But it is advised to keep the super savings account for 1 year and then convert it to advantage account to be on safer side.

I have blocked RuPay Platinum physical debit card in advantage account and if I reissue this debit card in upgraded Super account then I won't be charged joining fee?

Most Probably Yes
You can take any number of debit cards and all will be free for 1st year
You can even get Rupay Select and Visa Sapphire free for first year

How many debit card can be issued to one account?
Is there any charges for closing my debit card before my annual charges debits?
No one know specifically but many people are holding 5 debit cards on same account. I myself hold 3.

I did the same after opening the Super Saving Accounts and getting the Rupay Select Debit card delivered, next day I converted it to Advantage account. Debit card charges levied after around 30 days.
Can upgrade to Super be done online? I currently hold Advantage Savings.
