Increase limit of new SBI Cashback Card

ChequeMate

TF Buzz
Applied for SBI Cashback CC on 29th August, it got approved on 3rd September and currently dispatched (not in hand yet). But they only gave a very low limit of 16k.

I already have a SBI Simplysave CC with 50k limit which is not used at all(most transactions done via my ICICI Amazon Pay CC), so can the limit of this card be transferred to the Cashback card?

Is your Flkipart Axis LTF or Paid?
Paid But Rs.150 yearly which is recoverable.
If Paid then what is the benefit of keeping it?
I keep the card for my friends and family. And the AF is split between 4 members so no issue. I use the card as my SBI CB 50K Limit and FK Axis 2.1L which covers almost all my big purchases(40K<). Also during the last sale, HDFC cards were useless so I had to heavily use FK Axis.

I also recently applied for the CB card and it got approved instantly, but with only 20k limit! I've been holding a savings account with them for almost 15 years now, 801 CIBIL, multiple CCs with 5L+ limit each, income reported over 24L, and yet they decided to give only 20k! Spoke to the customer care team and they said that LE won't be possible for next 6 months.

I don't have any other SBI card to transfer the limit. Can anyone please guide me on how to increase this limit?

20k is there sweet point. Many (including me) got the same limit initially. Even then I have fulfilled their waiver criteria 2L. After one year got a pre-approval of limit hike upto 34k. Later took a simply save to increase the limit beyond 1L.
Yesterday applied with payslip for LTF or Limit increase. Both rejected within hours. Told me to apply after three months or take pre-approved (when available).

Honestly, I don't mind paying 1.2k for this card, but then with this limit, it's practically useless for me for any FK/Amazon sales for big-ticket purchases. These buggers can write-off 2L Crore NPAs, but behave like this with genuine customers.

I applied for SBI CB On Oct and got it approved with 50k. (780 Score ). I was unhappy about the limit. But now I am happy.😁

At least be glad you got it approved. These days, getting SBI cashback is a tough task, especially considering SBI's unique 'over-leveraged' shit

Does SBI provide Pre-approved Limit Increase offer? (Without Any Income Documents)
Except for SBI CB, I see all other cards getting auto LE from SBI. Using the card for almost 16 months, but never got auto LE. My average bill on the card is 25K a month and it is my primary card for all online expenses. Never missed a payment and already have SB relationship with them since 2016.
