Technically you can’t be NTB again as banks generally don’t delete data but that is in case of savings account(or when customer id is generated) but in this case try your luck after the cooling period and you might get the benefit.

Recently I opened select account and got visa signature card in the welcome kit. I want to order master world select debit card also but cc number doesn't have an option to talk to any representative, tried selecting every option in ivr available. How can I order for it , any other route?

Shoutout to @RS1910 for super fast approval of Pinnacle CC. Conditional LTF is only for NTB customers.
With the paid upgrade, you need to pay 15k+gst as joining fee and you get 15k worth crap vouchers or 10k amazon voucher as welcome benefit.
They do offer Free upgrades too without joining fee.
