Best debit card or credit for foreign transactions?

Hi there
Could you suggest me some best credit/debit card for travelling? I use to travel once a month, but the mark up fees on overseas usage cost me badly at the end of week.
Suggest some card to overcome that.

There is nothing wrong in my post. Just 50000/- required as initial fund for Megastar tier upgrade ( withdrawable after upgradation with in two days). After that its as mentioned in my post.

How is burgundy debit card good for international transactions? Could you please explain.

Indusind exclusive, grende, poineer, ( debit cards) there is no charges even for international atm withdrawal... So it is the best option

I use RBL world safari for all international transactions, no benefits as such except 0 forex fees.
