No sucess story but I got Airtel RuPay card in beta release accidentally 😝.

They're not issuing new card for now, still one can try.

Many bank giving options of RuPay/Visa/etc on replacement.

Check with bank.

But wont work on airtel as it's still in beta 🙂

Working on SBI credit card too. I got upgrade offer on my SBI Prime to Elite and on upgrade page it is giving an option to choose card network.

Nope, it's paid card. Prime is also paid card

I wrote to bank and received positive reply. Email received states request is in progress and completion in 3 days.
My mastercard variant is 4-5 months old used one off course.

Will confirm once done.

Received another mail it's taking time and updates in next 3 working days for conversion.

Received another mail, conversion not possible currently, only possible while new applications and/or renewal.
So better luck with another try when it's about a year of issuing card
