But wait, T-wallet app transaction category is govt spend and first Tide will charge you Rs10+GST extra but after 3 bank working day Tide will refund the extra charge.

First you need to purchase Tide reward pass Rs500. which is also refunded if you complete all this payment.

Bank transfer charges will be 1.5% and you will get 2% cashback.

However, im not recommended to use bank transfer feature because low profit.

You mean bank transfer to load the card?
When you take the tide membership which costs 100/ month they give 1.75 cashback but charge 2% transaction fee.
Better to load by upi instead of bank transfer.

Right okay, I didn't realize tide didn't allow screenshots.
Just waiting for sbi cashback transaction to settle and see if it's giving cash back before I do anything else.

Now the next issue I'm facing is a mismatch between my name on tide and bank account.
Customer support actually told me to get my name changed on my bank account to match tide as it's against their policy to make changes to account names or manually verify the bank account . I was shocked at their audacity when they actually said this.

Do you have the option of paying other people? Mine it says we can only transfer to your own personal account.

yeah we can only transfer to our own personal account only ,now if you want you can request for the refund for the membership as you cannot use them now

Bank account transfer isn't working out completely either because of name mismatch.

They cannot refund the reward pass subscription fee, because it's just not for bank transfer, and they ridiculously expecting first and last name to be in bank records as a first name itself, it is a typical foreign mindset
