Axis Airtel Cashback issue

TF Premier
I was checking and calculating cashback per transaction on Airtel Axis Cashback.
few differences I found out:
  1. Airtel Recharge market as "Utilities" and given 10% cashback sometimes
  2. Zomato merchant (2 - different transactions), one is marked "Food Products" and the other "Restaurants", the second one is given 1% cashback.
What should be the solution to this?

I have multiple utility bills to pay which exceed Rs 2500 most months. With a utility capping of 250 per statement, is applying another card for my spouse considering fees beneficial? Or suggest any other cards.
Note - I have Tata Neu too.

I think only airtel payment bank is eligible
Other don't fetch
They Are Mad.
Sometimes Say Only Airtel App Entry Eligible but when it shows "Bharti Airtel" then whats our mistake??
When we do payment for new connection, on site it says "Airtel Payments " like Airtel App then they also say Not eligible as we not did entry on Airtel App.
Totally Discussing

We need to report this to RBI
Please report any such case if PNO doesn’t resolve the same

I’ll keep this thread updated… gonna drop a mail to pno today

The main problem in Airtel Credit Card statements is that , they usually show the total cashback earned but don't provide a detailed breakup for each transaction like Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card does.
A clear cashback breakdown would help track which transactions earned incorrect CASHBACK, making it easier to verify if the cashback calculations are correct. Without it, users have to manually estimate cashback based on the card's reward structure.

Flipkart axis earlier used to give transaction wise breakup but i think 6 months back or a year back they said now cumulative cashback amount will be shown in the statement bhai.
No one wants us to know the minute details and fight for it.

No. The transaction wise breakup format is still in Flipkart axis credit card statement. I am talking about Airtel credit card statement which don't have this feature
