Privilege after devaluation seems more useless then myzone.
Thinking of taking Privilege just for higher retention bonus.

Myzone offers 2500 edge points (500 rupees worth)
Neo offers 1250 edge points (250 rupee worth)
Privilege offers ?? edge points (I wish it should be higher )

any idea?

I was in a similar situation, asked to close ACE or conv to LTF
they offered me MyZone LTF as an upgrade instead of privilege LTF though I tried to negotiate for privilege, they didn't agree

Was given the same option for Myzone LTF. Closed off Ace.

I don't think it will change, they offer the AF as a retention offer.

When I am checking on the app,it clearly mentions activation benefits not available for LTF and FYF cards...is it different for different people!?

Yes, it also gives 10 EDGE Rewards points per ₹200, which is higher than Neo/MyZone LTF. I mainly use them for instant discounts and specific card offers.

Update - I raised request for closure Axis Privilege and they offered me 5000 Reward points. I took the offer and will close after 6 months.

Its always the case with RBL🥲,they keep waiving off the fees. But have to pay gst

GST part is pure luck & varies executive to executive. Some year i get full waiver with GST & other year only fee part. No consistency 😛

Okay... I have 3 cards. Airtel (paid), Neo(LTF) and myzone(LTF)

1. Called Axis to cancel myzone, took 2500 Edge points retention.
2. Called Axis again to close Neo, denied 1250 Edge points.
3. Applied for Privilege LTF from APP, didnt get any approval message.

Waiting waiting !

No other way for now, but you can call CC and get a paid variant. After receiving it, request to convert it to LTF or close the card since it's being offered LTF to others. I tried this last year for a family member with MyZone, and it worked.
Wait for the LTF confirmation they will send you an email confirmation it will take a week maximum.

Isn't that just 1% reward rate which you are already getting from airtel axis as direct cashback. It would have been better if axis had given rewards card as ltf instead of privilege. It atleast gives 3% on apparel and departmental stores and 30% off on Swiggy.

It wont work like that, waste of efforts and new card in cibil. They convert only myzone,neo to LTF
