It's not that great card guys. No need to disappoint if not getting LTF.

It's a premium card with no premium benefits like IndusInd Legend but both cards work during VISA signature offer

How to place closure request so that i get a call from Retention team ?

Based on what happened yesterday to me... Customer care team will only offer you retention bonus.. They will raise request and ask you to wait 1 working day.

Yep.. raised retention for myzone but they rejected.
Closed neo.

I don't know where to use. I can get better discounts with sbi cb and upi cards.

This card is now a liability for me.

How much retention ERs are they giving on paid privilege.....if i say that I want to close bcz Axis is giving it as free upgrade to other users (or whatever reason)?

I got nothing.
Almost a month to close the card, was waiting for them to either give me a core card or upgrade Tata Plus to some other variant. Finally closed the card in Jan, now will open a SA and wait for a pre-approved LTF offer.

Usually they don't offer anything In rare cases they conv cards to LTF based on our req
It's max 7 days to close the card
