I had done electricity bill payment few weeks ago and in the app it's still pending. No one is listening. There is no way to contact Airtel or Bharat Bill Pay.

They have their own grievance levels, check that too on their website

When my money was stuck in their wallet, I had mailed to wecare@airtelbank.com and after that to their grievance officer

Email: grievance.officer@airtelbank.com

received a callback in 3-4 hrs after mailing grievance offer. As you already have contact customer care first, I suggest mailing to grievance team now.
 
Yes, emailed the grievance team. Lets see if they reply. The customer care of Airtel payment bank said that the transaction done through Thanks app is not under Airtel bank 🙁
 
once they kept it for pending and i didn't check, next month the bill came up with previous month due. and now worse they couldn't fetch my electric bill at all.
 
My 1000 rupees is also stuck for Six days now. Looking at the comments here and other places, looks like I have to wait for weeks/months for refund.

One user reported he received the automatic refund after a month. There is no option to contact Airtel support. Bharat Billpay website is not accepting complaints. Sent DM on Twitter, no response. What are the other ways to complain?

Hi, I know it's been a while, but can you remember when did you get the refund. Mine has been stuck for past 2 days.
 
Anyone found any solution of this, I also did the electricity payment on 17 mar 205, still showing in progress, no option found to contact their support, airtel payments Bank not accepting it, closing the ticket saying this TXN id is not their. Bbps also not accepting, they are asking for bbps refrence number. I don't understand what option I have to connect theri support?

I have not yet got any solution yet. I have longed the complaint on National Consumer Helpline , I think you should also try that. Directly there is no way to reach them. Airtel payment bank says it is under Airtel Mobile section, Airtel Mobile guys say it is under Airtel Payment Bank. It's so tiring. We even don't know whether to repay the bill or not.

I did transaction on 18th march using axis airtel cc since then its showing “payment in progress “
Show i try to again on different platform?
In my case BBPS transaction id not generated.

I tried calling, mailing and messaging them on X but got no useful response. I'm thinking of raising chargeback

Mine also not generated bbps id, if it was generated then we can raise to bbps, but till now no solution.
