Has anyone raised a complaint with First Rewards support regarding missing reward points for First TAP DC transactions? Did they credit the 10x reward points? I have been patiently waiting for the points from last month's transactions, but after the transition to the new reward points portal, I think they might not credit the missing points. What should I do?

If 14 working days are over.. you can raise the complaint.. they will credit the points in the next 10 working days

What if they deny to credit 10x reward points citing RuPay card is not eligible for 10x points?

Why to mention card variant? Just give the txn details (date and amount). They will raise a request to credit the pts manually which will be processed generally in 3-4 working days.

Is this accelerated or incremental?
If you're talking about accelerated then you need to wait upto 120 days.
Sometimes IDFC take time longer than expected, patience is the key, ultimately it will get credited, I have never encountered a single case where pts never got credited.
If it's not then contact rewards team, give the details of txn, they will see and will raise a request for the same. No need to mention anything about card.

Arey bhai it's not about rupay or visa card eligible transactions pe they will give you the manual credit
So go on and raise the SR just mention them the trxn date and amount they'll check and do the needful
Wait for few days let the reward history come back In portal
Then only customer care can help raising request giving you points
M waiting for Feb month points too
Have patience. My RPs for Nov came in March. So they will eventually come. Need fast? Complaint but don't tell them what you used it for.

General Reply for everyone to think about: As I said before I can wait for RPs for a year also. Kuch pts baad mein aayenge toh kya? jo aa gaye usko redeem maarke.
We humans are wired in such a way that we only look or keep stuck at what we don't received or got. The better utlization of life is see around and look what you have got and stay happy with it. Like I got 12K pts but not the 250 bill payment. For few days I thought about it only to realize I am wasting my time on it. Let it come later and redeemed what I had. That 250 came in 3rd month. Now even Jan month stucked but I know by Apr/May it will come eventually.
Haan agar kuch pts ke karke voucher atka hai toh jarur cc ko keh do ki de de bhai hamara chillar to add a voucher's pillar.
I once talked to a senior first rewards team member and she said to me that they don't care about debit card vairant at all. Its totally dependent on customer id lvl.
The reward is given on customer id lvl not on debit card.

I had raised request for February month manual credit on 13th March. There has been no update since. And now started getting this instant credit of points. Just waiting - they have to close SR some day! Since reward system seems to have moved to new platform, doubt if automatic rewards will come for past missed transactions anymore but yes they will attend to SR some day.
Jada over maat socho. IDFC Rewards t&c page clearly mentioned.
The transaction categories are identified through Merchant Category Codes (MCC), defined by the network, e.g. Visa, MasterCard and RuPay.

Note - if you wait 45 days, 99% chance all your pending rewards will credited.
