During the chitchat with my Bm i got to know that they have to send docs to MUM HO for approval and Activation and after that they also got a reply mail with some internal details and account details. So many members are opened successfully after 29th March and they have to send mail to the same mail id as others branch so maybe they didn't sent your application to HO if they sent they will surely receive return mail for activation or rejection.
I'm also curious to know whether they sent or not. She's not picking up calls or its not possible to visit branch. Complained will see whether they take any action or not

physical card pin generated using whatapp after that i did login in vyom then enabled ecom from payment channel setting then set limit all done yesterday not able to generate virtual card yesterday today morning generated VDC then set card pin then payment channel open enabled ecom and all set login in to rupay site using new email put the VDC no and did transaction no problem transaction went smooth
debit card section mea payment channel setting mea jake pls enable ecom

If it's enable and not working, first make it disable and close the app. After 10 min enable it. It may work.

Then contact customer care or search any other way. Faced the same problem with different bank. Customer care person told to do so and it worked.

These banks are dont have any proper escalation system, its better to contact your regional head or zonal head directly.
