I have been able to clear the unwanted entries from 121 to 76, but still need some strong criteria to identify loyal and genuine users in order to avoid leaking info outside.
Please comment your suggestions what else to consider like their TF rank? TF trophy score? Joining date?

Rank and trophy score is enough to prove their worth I believe.

My suggestion would be to scrutinize membership application. Rank and Trophy should suffice but we need to also review some of their post history. This will give us some sense into their user.
