Why this group is so unregulated.
I see so many joining without quid pro quo.
I guess that's the reason no exclusive content coming these days.

2 issues:
A) The low entry barrier
I'm one of the mods who is supposed to regulate entry. There are other mods as well though from the member list it appears that I'm the one who lets in most

As discussed with the group founder RewardsAlerts, when he asked me to do the mod job, we let in: people who are
a) At least TF Select AND
b) Members of the VIP Lounge
As you would agree this is a low entry barrier now, but when the group was set up, it was much harder to get in
I check, to see that those let in have at least around a 100 posts and of those 100 posts at least 40--50 contain information that is helpful to other members
We sometimes let in TF Premier and above, even if they are not members of the VIP Lounge
I usually exclude people who I can determine work for Banks

I have sometimes seen that some of the other mods let in members who don't quite meet the rules. If they don't meet the rules by a wide margin, I kick these new members out straightaway. But if they mostly meet the rules (maybe a few lesser than 40-50 helpful posts, I let them be)

On a daily basis I remove 5-6 new people who apply because it is obvious they are far from meeting the rules
However, I have to scan the forum posts of around 2-3 new people, most days, to check for the 50 helpful posts. These are the applicants who are closer to meeting the threshold; they are either let in or they usually get a "Temporary rejection" PM from me, pointing out what they need to do

As you can guess, this does not leave me much time to weed out existing members (who perhaps haven't signed in for long, posted for long, etc.) So the group keeps growing

B) This group is nearly dead
The group founder set up a paid Telegram group outside of the forum. Many of the most prolific posters who were here earlier are members of that group and I assume they no longer have time (or permission) to post on TF
The reason the Telegram group was set up was because tricks were leaking from this forum. I assume that they have had more success over there. I don't know because I haven't applied there yet (I am not sure, if my spend pattern and non-travelling nature would help me to recover the monthly 1K fee required in the paid group.)

So, to answer your questions @DocFixIt
a) The group is regulated to an extent
b) The entry barrier is low
c) The most prolific members have gone elsewhere
d) I don't think there are that many tricks and loopholes now (but then as I'm only here, I wouldn't know if there were)

TBH, sometimes I ask myself why I bother policing this group given the lack of any new content. Checking new members takes time (and I don't have that much time IRL these days to spend on the task) I'm hoping things change for the better but I'm not very hopeful

Firstly, thank you for continue to putting in your efforts in vetting and policing the new entrants in the group.
Really appreciate that, even though there was nothing happening in the group but you maintained your commitment.

You're actually right in pointing out the reasons for this group becoming dormant.
The main reason as you'd pointed out was the leakage part which was getting beyond my control and as an alternative, I had to start a group over telegram!

Also, I am purposefully not putting out content here just to safeguard the live tricks, and of course to keep them in a close knitted circle. Obviously, till there are devs and engineers leaving loopholes and bugs in the systems, loopholes will continue to exists. The highest position being grabbed by our dear Axis.

Those who are looking forward to derive any value from the group, the best I can suggest is to go through the past content and use the tricks which might be still working. Rest, unfortunately even I can't help it. Thanks for your understanding.

1K pm telegram group is really too much. Yearly cost is 12K which is equal to the Infinia card fee.

@abhiver It is also about relevant information. There are some cards which I don't use but they are hot.
As you said, for 1kpm benefit would need to be over 4-5k (above what general cards- SBI CB could have given) for it to even make sense, and then spends for those would be through the roof.
