    Hopefully this should protect buyers from purchasing on shady sites. Both my parents have lost around 1.5-2k despite telling them time and again not to do it. When I say prevent buyers, they should definitely use some common sense and immediately ask people familiar with the domain to check if their purchase will ultimately yield in the product they paid for.     Unfortunately, with how easy it is to get a payment portal these days, this should damage their unethical intentions. If RBI can actually introduce a mechanism to get the payment portal to ban certain merchants after complaints, that will be a great step as well. (2/2)
