Every 3 days, I am getting exactly same response from Axis Bank PNO. Is there any hope for resolution?

I had applied for Airtel Axis Bank Credit Card on 15th November. I already have Ace, Flipkart and 2 more cards (Rewards, IKEA) which were migrated from CITI.

My Airtel Axis application was rejected and hence I wrote to Axis PNO for reconsideration.

I have not got points in IDFC DC for below transactions:

₹3500 (Done on 5 July) SBIUNIPAY
₹4000 (Done on 16 July) SBIUNIPAY
(Transaction done after 16 July already credited points)


How do I reach out to IDFC CC for missing points?

Hi,
The below Indusind Credit Card is showing preapproved against my Indusind savings account and I am getting calls from my virtual RM for the same. My query is, if I opt for this card, will I be able to upgrade to Legend Card or Pinnacle Card in the future? I wanted Legend so that I could open Indus Select Account.
