Quick update: I got upgraded to classic post switching my branch. Old branch experience was terrible. New branch quickly upgraded to classic, preferred account later as well. I asked my RM if it will be downgraded, and he told me it won't be downgraded.

My company doesn’t have a tie up with any bank for salary account, I tried axis and icici since no tie up required was reported. But they weren’t able to open the salary account without the tie up.

I have a savings max account with HDFC bank, and I get my salary in that account. Can I request for classic account based on salary credit? Salary is more than classic account requirement. And will it be downgraded if i don’t maintain 1lakh per month?

I was able to upgrade my Amazon Pay Card to a MMT Signature Card on call with customer service. I did not apply for the Expressions card, but I did somehow get both the Platinum and Signature MMT cards, even though I asked just for the Signature.

It is weird that they are making an enquiry in the waitlist stage. I didn't expect it.

The enquiry is for a credit card but I don't think SBM bank issues credit cards directly in India.

I have a credit enquiry from SBMBKINDIA, but I have never availed a loan/BNPL from SBM Bank. I raised a dispute on CIBIL, but they asked me to contact the bank, which I did, to no avail. What should I do now?
