The reward points in my ICICI EPM account have been reset to 0, despite having a balance of approximately 37,000 points before. Has anyone faced this? After this statement, more reward points should have been shown but it has reset to 0. Where can i escalate this?

@ashutoshdubey0703 You would not be able to place an order on apple.com using HDFC DCB. DCB is not supported on apple.com USA. Its only supported on apple.com/in.

I hold a HDFC DCB. Also I sent an email to them that I meet the critieria for wealth, really not sure if that would have helped in this case, but you can try dropping an email to them
