    Can we complain to RBI Ombudsman if HDFC doesn't issue my DCB on Visa? as per new RBI guidelines, it seems only amex is exempted from it. HDFC should give some option to change network for DCB card else switch to a similar card.

    BVCBVC is verified member.
    Diners is a network and that cannot be changed. So they will reject it. (Card itself named with that).

    We can complaint for Marriott Bonvoy card I guess.

    went to branch yesterday for some other work, they mentioned they can help if i provide 3 month statement of axis card. the staff at the branch is new though
