Ask the reason for debit freeze by calling customer care. Tell them to raise unfreeze request via a field verification. Branch is of no use.
They unfreeze from backend Branch just sends a mail to backend.
Best way is to close the account through Branch if they are ready to close otherwise call...

Bill generated only txns rewards credited. No milestone points were credited although i have completed milestone for 10K points in previous billing cycle. So after card anniversary year we will get milestone points. Care agent whom i spoke to don’t have even this knowledge i guess.
