Having a slightly peculiar problem. Ordered my Regalia forex card online and collected it at the branch the following day. However, on trying to activate it, I got a text saying the activation was on hold and I needed to visit the branch to sort it out. Of course, the people at the branch were...
Maybe not Rs 200, but the mark-ups are insane.
High-quality? That's not a term you would associate with a hotel buffet anywhere in general. The buffets at JW Marriotts and Tajs are decent quality, with plenty of live stations. Those at Accor hotels (below Sofitel level) and ITCs are a few...
It's about calling out the shoddy service that's dished out for this so-called "super premium" card. Not once have I had a positive or even neutral service experience with Infinia. It's just been 100% ass every time.
Do you have the MD desk email by any chance? Escalating to the PNO is pointless, because they just repeat the same rubbish answers as the lower-level support staff.
Yeah the buffet prices at ITC and Accor hotel restaurants, particularly, are grossly marked up. Because just about anyone can get 50% off. And to start with, it's a buffet - those probably cost the hotel something like Rs 200 per head. In fact, buffets at Taj restaurants are priced lower...
Earlier this week, I placed a request with the Infinia concierge for a lunch reservation for two at the airport ITC in Mumbai for Sunday. The request was placed well over 48 hours in advance - which is the cutoff time as published on the HDFC page for this offer.
About 35 hours later, when no...
Wait, so you mean we cannot see all our cards on a single dashboard and need to log in afresh to toggle between Axis and Citi cards? Surely that cannot be right, even by Axis’ abysmal standards? Or have I misread what you wrote?
No, though my name according to the Axis account includes my middle name. While for Citi, it does not. It's probably cocked up because of that. Needless to say, they added the middle name in on their own during the application for my first Axis card and refused to remove it and I didn't have the...
Deleted and reinstalled the Axis app on my phone and went through the whole onboarding rigmarole again, and as I suspected, they've created a new customer ID for me and mapped my Citibank card to it, while my Axis cards are under my old customer ID. I'm assuming this has happened to others here...
These points have just posted. So, 11 days after the transfer was initiated. I suppose points I transferred over from Citi will also take as long. God, I hate Axis.
You'll need to register them again with the new IFSC code. While doing so in the ICICI bank mobile app, I selected Axis Bank as the issuing bank and it picked the correct (UTI) IFSC code.
Made a transfer to Qatar Airways Privilege Club on April 12. Not credited yet. No response to emails to Travel Edge. Called them today and was told to wait till ten days are over. Which will be end of day today. I know I shouldn't hold my breath.
