do people with existing kotak relation ship are facing issue , i hold a kotak 811 savings account , i tried applying for my father he is ntb and he is able to apply but i didnt complete the application , please any one tell are existing customer only facing the problem or i am the only one

i am also unable to apply i waited for at least 15 minutes it is stuck in please wait while we are fetching your data , i am facing this problem since morning

i emailed bob card escalation team and asked the reason for decline they said declined due to Card Against Card (CAC) policy norms not met.

my card got rejected because my credit card statement was not 1 year old , i also mailed them again with other income doc to reconsider my application but they said reapply after 6 months . if my credit statement was not according to their policy then why they did physical verification .
