Guys, Please suggest As per your point of view, which card should be wise to close from Myzone visa, Ace, IOCl rupay to get NEO rupay?

It was on call. I tried again 2nd time. This time on insisting to send upgrade SMS, he said let's try & sent NEO SMS for Myzone upgrade. I gave consent, entered OTP, verified address by him. then on last step he said "Sorry, upgradation request was failed & told me to try after sometimes" 😥

He denied my request to kill ACE or MyZone visa for NEO Rupay 🤔 He said ACE or MyZone can't be converted/upgraded. Please guide 🙌

Exactly same happened with me. 1k was stuck with LIMIT errors. tried after many days and withdrawal got successful.
